Absolute Energy Massage

My name is Craig Wayne Roberts. I was born in 1968 in the border town of El Paso, Texas. Growing up in El Paso allowed me to experience a multi-cultural background of people. I attended dance school for 14 years which sparked my interest in understanding body movement and balance. I worked for 4 years in El Paso’s largest teaching hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant and trauma tech with 1 ½ years in internal medicine and 2 ½ years in emergency and trauma medicine. Working in those areas allowed me the opportunity to see just how much trauma a human body could go through and still have the ability to heal. Part of this working experience inspired my desire to become a massage therapist to be able to assist those who are injured in healing. I have learned that my enjoyment comes from working in a field where I am able to help people. My wife is a Registered Nurse and after our marriage and becoming a father to 3 wonderful children I accepted the challenge of being a “stay at home Dad” to assist in their growth and development. We moved to Tennessee from El Paso in Dec. 2004 to allow my wife to be closer to her family. My children are now older and I am looking forward to pursuing my work in massage therapy. I would like to find new ways to educate the general population as well as medical professionals on massage therapy forms and uses in healing the body.

My name is Giselle LeAnna Lovelace. During my time as a massage therapist I’ve received a lot of feedback from clients about massage. I have found that some therapists work too deeply, too quickly missing specific trigger points, but providing deep work overall. Other therapists don’t work deeply enough, also missing trigger points but providing a relaxing experience. My bodywork is a combination of the best of the two. I work slowly and specifically into the muscles tailoring my pressure to what you need. My work is gentle, intuitive, and deep providing not only relief but allowing the muscle adequate time to warm to deeper work which allows for a relaxing, healing, and beneficial massage.

I received my training from The Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, North Carolina in Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, and Pregnancy Massage.  I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005 and hold national certification through the NCTMB. I also hold certifications in Raindrop Therapy, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, Hot Stone massage, Basic Shiatsu, and Reiki II.
